When I turned eight, I told my Mom that eight was my lucky number. She said that I had told her the same thing about seven, and six, and so on. But I really meant it when I turned eight. It is still my luckiest number of all.
When I turned thirty-seven on Monday, I told myself that this is going to be the year. My self said that I had told me the same thing about several other years. But you know what? I really mean it. Thirty-seven is going to be great.
Are you kidding? It already is your best year!
: )
sorry so late with the greetings. a HUGE happy birthday to you sweet girl. best wishes for an AMAZING year ahead. loves!
Thank you, Rachel! Here’s to AMAZING…Slainte! XOX
Well, if 37 is the new 36, and 36 was the new 35, and so on, then it all makes sense! I hope 37 is off to a fabulous start!!
According to Paul, sixty is the new twenty. He told me that a while ago and I laughed my *!# off. So far, so fabulous, dear friend! Miss you – postcard is on the way…
I know you are right about that!
Oh, Erika…it is very strange…I keep thinking of you and was going to write you this amazing letter some time ago about something very specific and then the context changed and the letter has not happened. Time to let go of that context, methinks…and write a completely different letter…
I love it! 37 will be great!

And I love it when you share quotes…hey, when do I get to see that Cal Poly photo? Can’t wait to visit my little sister there…so proud of her!
Thirty seven? Aw, you’re still a youngster…. and lookin’ better than ever! Thirty seven is beautiful!
It does have a nice ring to it! I have to say my thirties are infinitely better than my twenties – my sociology professor called that one…
