    I am sorry to hear of River’s passing.
    He will always come to mind when pink sugar is ever mentioned.

      I had forgotten about the pink sugar shea whip in relation to Riv : ) I wonder how long it took him to go through that little jar? That is a good memory.

    I remember meeting your friend River once…. perhaps in downtown Evergreen? I felt sad reading your comment: has something happened to your friend?

      Denise, River was in a terrible car accident several weeks ago. He has been in ICU ever since and passed away last night. Hard to believe.

    Many people have told me what a moving memorial it was. Still sad that we could not be there; still in shock over it all; but happy to know that his spirit lives on in the hearts of so many…
