How come there is no "Like" button on here ! I'd like to hit the Like button a couple times each for both the post and the Birthday Boy's response!

Wow... what a tribute. This is way more attention than a guy like me should receive. No question, this has been the best b'day ever for me. 58 years young... younger this year than the last. I've begun my 'Not Dead Yet' Tour, which will take me from this present moment through my last breath. What a difference a year makes. I was a shell of a man, sad lonely, desperate and pathetic. You did your best to prop me up and I appreciate it so very much. It's good to have people who really are there when the chips are down. Now, because Pandora has come into my life, I am complete fulfilled. We have the most wonderful present and future to come. Spent Friday at The Ice House performing and raising money for Habitat. Spent Saturday and Sunday AM in Boulder watching films at the Boulder Film Festival and staying at The Boulderado Hotel. Back home Sunday afternoon to meet up with Kierna and prepare for an evening with 16 friends at the house. Amazing run. What a great life. Thanks for your friendship!

M, It is fun when "pet parents" get a kick out of pics, funny stories, etc. Most do, while some just think I am a little bit coo coo. I can accept that. : )

Paul cooks all of the time so I figured I'd give him the night off, Sara. LOL! I am pretty spoiled. Loved your love posts, btw : ) So happy we met and one of these days (maybe when the kids go off to college?) we should wander Alberta together! xo

Bridget, I will *never* forget you correcting someone (maybe it was me?) when they called Paul my boyfriend. You were like, "Um, he's a MANfriend". Still makes me crack up to think of it. Ahh, the SoHo days. I miss you and your sense of humor. Can't believe you have two littles now! Which reminds me of when you told Chris (over the phone) you were preggers! One of my favorite stories evah! Are you going out this weekend to celebrate Heart Day since you worked the 14th? I hope so! xo

Thanks, Michelle : ) I did have to do a little research myself. By the way, we ended up at http://www.aviarypdx.com/ and it was wonderful.

I still can't get over all of the amazing food choices here (obviously, from the post above, I like my meals!). Going out to dinner is a BIG deal to me ~ always has been. Especially after all of those years waiting on people. I love and appreciate being waited on every time we go out. And no kitchen clean up! xo
